</p><p>Sam Graddy apparut sur la scène internationale lors des <a href="Jeux_panam%C3%A9ricains" title="Jeux panaméricains">Jeux panaméricains</a> en <a href="1983" title="1983">1983</a>, terminant deuxième sur 100 m et premier avec le relais 4 × 100 m.
